Guidelines for Monthly Urban Office Community Meetings

• Welcome everyone and offer nametags and a written agenda
• Open and close all meetings with a traditional ceremony
• Introduce individual and families attending
• Mutual respect to all speakers
• Agree that sometimes we will disagree
• Mindful of others time commitments
• Respect Tribal By-laws
• No political campaigning
• No profanity, drugs or alcohol
