Meeting called to order at 10:24 a.m.

Members Absent:         None

Others Present: Vanessa Little

Chairman Leecy dispenses with the minutes.

Moved by Cathy Chavers; seconded by Ray Toutloff; to approve the FY 2012 Budget.  Carried 4-0-0.

Moved by Cathy Chavers; seconded by David Morrison, Sr.; to adjourn the meeting at 10:26 a.m.  Carried 4-0-0.
