Moved by Ray Toutloff; seconded David Morrison, Sr.; to approve the agreement between the Bois Forte Band of Chippewa and MB Customs Development to dispense ARRA funds up to $23,026 for the Vermilion Health Clinic Renovation. Carried 3-0-0.
