Racino heating up again at legislature

Once again the legislature is looking to racino as a budget tool to fund various state initiatives, including a new football stadium for the Vikings.  Minneapolis Star Tribune (STRIB) investigative reporter Tony Kennedy did an in-depth story on the Native American lobby that will work against racino.
