RESOLUTION NO. 100-2020
... Recommendation for Quarantine, Bois Forte Health and Human Services shall seek to obtain voluntary compliance with recommendations for quarantine or other measurew with those located within the Band's territory who have tested positive for COVID, who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, or who have come into close contact with another pesron who is confirmed or suspected of carrying COVID-19.
RESOLUTION NO. 85-2020
... Policy for Deductions from the Per Capita Payments to Bois Forte Band Members is temporarily suspended, nothing in this resolution shall preclude or otherwise interfere with the Tribal Court continuing to issue fines, fees, or judgements based on its authority under existing Band law while the suspension is in effect.
