The program is funded by the CARES Act passed by Congress due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, which was approved by the Tribal Council and is only for adult Band members who are over 18 years of age as of June 17, 2020.
The program ends on September 30, 2020 and you are only able to access the program once.
Please read the program guidlines entirely to understand the program. (YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM.)
The Bois Forte Coronavirus Relief Program Application has been mailed to all adult Band members. However, we are still missing over 70 addresses! If you do not receive an application in the mail, contact the Tribal Office at 218-757-3261. Contact information is listed at the end of the application if you have questions about the program. Note that these are the same addresses that are used to mail our PerCapita payments.
